First Stock in SGX

After few weeks waiting, finally I get my iOCBC Securities Trading Account. My first aiming stock is SINGTEL: Z74. SINGTEL just announced they will give 68 cent for each share in coming Jan 2016. Should I buy in now, or wait the price drop to 3.85?

Yesterday SGS just announced DEC2015 interest rate which is 2.44% lower than OCT2015 and NOV2015.

Regular Saving: $1000

Expenses

Food: $300
Transportation: $100
Rental: $700
Utilities: $50
Personal: $50
Debt Payment: $1000

Will I able to achieve the goal? Stay tune.

November will be a new start for me, I had applied a trading account from OCBC, hoping that it can be setup quickly so that I am able to start my investment journey soon.
